Frostbite for Fashion

Mr. Newton, I love you, I DO, and I get that dressing for February's New York Fashion Week is a challenge, but I don't think pretending that it's September is the answer:

This is the most extreme case of weather-defiant streetstyle I've seen coming out of Lincoln Center, but in general I don't love the no-tights/summer shoes look many attendees seem to be rocking.  Working around the elements sparks creativity!  I want to see New York's style stars playing with arctic fashion.
